Victor is married to Lady Ann Okoronkwo, and they are blessed with children and grandchildren. He often reflects with gratitude on the fact that, from the day he got his first job, he has never been unemployed, except for two intentional weeks taken between roles something he attributes entirely to God’s grace, hard work and consistent preparation.
Family, faith and community remain central pillars in his life, grounding him regardless of how high his professional responsibilities reach.

Born in Plateau State; childhood between Mid-Western Nigeria and the East during the civil war.

Begins career at Seismograph Service Limited as Surveyor, later Surveyor-in-Charge.

Joins Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC).

Leads digital mapping, AVT systems, gas business development and Afam gas-to-power initiative at Shell; later General Manager, Upstream Gas.

Plays key roles in Nigeria Gas Master Plan and gas commercial frameworks.

Joins Aiteo Eastern E&P; leads operationalisation of OML 29 I Nembe Creek acquisition.
